Challenge

Coway is one of the biggest Consumer Water Purifier Globally and intends to do expansion to Indonesia. They have unique sales, marketing & product maintenance method in each country. At some point, they need System Customization in order to support their uniqueness and looking for Technology Partner to build a System.

Maven is working closely with Coway Indonesia, At first, we do comprehensive business analysis to define the most suitable solution in time-limited mannner. Then Maven proposes Custom ERP System & Additionally an Mobile App for Sales Activities.

Solution

After doing a comprehensive business analysis, ERP Customization & Custom Apps is the most viable solution due to limited timeframe. ERPNext is a very powerful open-source ERP based on Python & Frappe Framework. Their flexibility & robustness gives us very big headstart.

We use ERPNext REST API since they supports it Natively, thus our custom mobile app development was going smooth, also we use AWS as our Cloud Server, using MariaDB with AWS RDS Encryption to harden data security
